Laundry room has brand new washer and dryer.

Move down the hall and you will find a large master bedroom with king size bed, walk in closet and master bathroom. The master bathroom has a shower and large jet tub.

Basement:

The basement is a great place to hang out and watch a movie in the theatre space. The theatre space has a large comfortable sectional couch and a new 75’ OLED smart tv. Don’t worry about running upstairs for a drink or snacks, a mini fridge is available to stock up on your favourite drinks.

There is a full bathroom and bedroom which provides a comfortable king size bed.

If you are looking for a space to exercise, the basement has a large mat and kettle bells.
