An incredible bunk room offers two twin-over-twin bunks and two twin-over-full bunks, sleeping up to 10! A sectional sofa and flat-screen TV create a sitting area for the bunkmates to enjoy. A bathroom with dual sinks as well as double bath and toilet rooms supports the bunk room. Upstairs are two primary king suites including luxury beds , with details like starfish pulls on matching chests, arm chair seating and bathrooms with dual sinks and walk-in showers. Closets in the primary suites are large enough to accommodate little ones if needed.

GREAT FEATURES: On the first-floor, the wet bar serves the downstairs bunk and king suites from a central entryway hall, while the laundry room keeps the whole house laundered and fresh. Our Seabreeze Place is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Our Seabreeze Place the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
