**** IF WIFI IS very important to you this may not be the house for your.. We have had multiple carriers and Claro is the best one we've had but it can be very slow and unpredictable so we want all our renters to be aware of that prior to renting. that is why we offer Wi-Fi at no cost

When sending in Inquiry or booking request, please provide us with total number of guests including children and infants. There is extra cost for over 10 people, and we must know in advance, enter dates available on calendar. This will help us answer any question you have about price and availability.

Relax by the sea or pool side without getting up at 5am to find best pool side chair, enjoy a good meal made by you with loved ones, this may be the place for you! we give you a chance to all be together and enjoy some much needed family time.

Additional guest(s) for day are welcome, not included in rental, $10 per person, per day. Must be advise prior to arrival. up to house Maximum 16 including all children.

Any changes to reservation must be communicated prior arrival.

~No Personal toiletries - not included (such as but not limited too, toilet ~paper, shampoo, hand soap, and toothpaste)

~No Washer / Dryer

House Rules:

~Quiet Hours 11 pm to 7am
~No Large Parties
~No Smoking in house at anytime
~Do not leave food out on counters nor place on floor this attracts unwanted bugs…
~No food in bedroom
~Do not move inside furniture outside
~Do Not flush toilet paper or feminine hygiene products in toilet, home is on septic tank.

Renter is responsible to wash and put away dishes, collect all trash from around property, bathrooms and kitchen put in large bags and place at front door outside on drive way prior to departure.

Tile floor throughout home and pool take care when wet
Floors will be slippery when wet. USED EXTERME CAUTION

Open concept beach house located directly on the sea, allows for all kinds of critters and or bugs to enter home at anytime day or night,
recommend insect Spray, Not included in rental.

Keep Beach gate closed at all times, as many stray dogs can enter property.

Outdoor shower is provide to remove beach sand

4 bedrooms have air conditioning, remotes will be provided at 6pm, if special needs required (elderly person or infant napping) request must be made to us when making reservation…

Please turn off lights when rooms are not in use, saves energy and helps reduces insects.

Private Pool

Private pool with built in lounge area and kid’s pool area
No DIVING in pool
No glass bottles or cups pool side or in pool
No food in pool
Please use outdoor shower to remove sand after playing on beach

Use of sunscreen and lotions in pool is not permitted, apply 30 minutes before entering to allow to absorb properly... it will turn pool cloudy and green

3 bedrooms located on second floor and guest house have air conditioning, kids bunk room NO AC, remotes will be provided at 6pm, if special needs are required (elderly person or infant napping) request must be submitted to us when making reservation…

Home has large 7-foot walls surrounding property with front and beach a gate locking at night

Caretakers live on site; they offer cooking and clean up after meals service. not included in rental fee food not included…$25 per day fee paid directly to them on the day service is used in morning, (lunch, dinner & breakfast)

Caretaker service is optional. Please advise if you wish to hire and we can notify them prior to your arrival. Food, water, and BBQ Charcoal not included
Keeping the house, patio, and pool area clean is your responsibility…Just like you are at home.
