The Space:
This chic tropical and ultra-mod condo is located in the most desirable neighborhood of Playa del Carmen called Zazil-ha, and one of the nicest areas of Playa, known by the “locals” as the cool, hip spot to be. You’ll be a short 2 blocks to the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find cafes, bars, restaurants, vibrant open-air shopping malls, boutique and souvenir shops, and plenty of people-watching! And just one block directly down your street is the beach at Maheka! In either direction are also loads of beach clubs too, like Martina, Mandarino & Las Hijas (to the north) and Mamitas, Zenzi & Lidos (south). This location really could not get any better!

The Neighborhood:
The condo is inside Miranda Condominium Complex and is in a fantastic area at the northern end of La Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) on the prettiest “most romantic” street in Playa – the 38th Street Stretch – from 5th Ave to the beach on 38th Street. This area is lovely and a bit more relaxed than the heart of downtown. You’ll be:
- Two blocks from the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, and nightlife.
- Nearby vibrant shopping malls like Quinta Alégria, Paseo del Carmen, and the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains, and restaurants.
- Walking distance to the Select Super Chedraui grocery store is just 600 m | 0.4 mi (just about a 7-min walk from the condo), or head to the heart of downtown for the Walmart and Mega supermarkets, about a 5-minute drive from the condo.
- The beach is steps away with nearby beach clubs like Mandarino, Martina, and Mamitas.

Getting Around:
The condo is approximately 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) and is located in the Miranda Condo building.
When driving in town, you can park on the street but beware of the parking meters (10 am to 10 pm). Luckily, however, the complex is so centrally-located that you won’t really need a car. But you can also easily rent a bike or take a taxi or ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but NOT included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. We ask that you please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C, and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic cups in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using a code to access the lockbox for the keys.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week.
