Beautiful apartment in the best location of Playa del Carmen, just right at 38th north street just in the corner with beach access. This is a great location because it doesn't have all the noise of the party zone, but you will have just in the corner the 5th avenue with several good restaurants and everything is walking distance.
To go to the beach you just need to go out of the condo and the access will be just at left side.
This condo has a great deck at the top of the roof with an infinity pool with and amazing view to the beach and the city.
The building has elevator and the apartment is located in the 2nd floor.
The apartment comes with a sofa bed and 1 bedroom with a king size matress, it has free wifi and cable tv, the kitchen has everything that's necessary.
It has a complete bathroom and also a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
It has a safe box also.

The apartment is in a great location. It is within walking distance of several beautiful beaches. Although the nearest beach has practically sunk into the sea recently, it is a great place for watching the sunrise and to spend an hour in the morning sunbathing. The apartment is next to an OXXO - a very convenient store. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the main tourist street is a short walk away.The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with most everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.People who work there are friendly and welcoming.

Good location. The staff was very helpful and professional. The rooftop pool is amazing, and it's in a quiet location. Close to the main area if you like all the touristy stuff. 5 min. walk to the grocery store. The first 5-gallon bottle of water was free. The host does not respond once you are there, the beach is gone near the condo, terrible mold in the condo. The kitchen was mostly well-appointed. Please throw away the moldy cutting board and get a plastic one. Need storage containers for leftovers and mixing bowls for cooking. New baking pans .

We have stayed here before and love the location! It is. Lean and the pool is so nice! Renovations are occurring so it will be even nicer. One concern - the elevator often is t working. This is a problem for my husband as he has mobility issues.

Amazing location and the place has all of the amenities you could think of! The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful, but was unusable for the last half of our trip due to building maintenance - we travelled during the off season though, so I understand why this was going on. The pillows could be more comfortable and the water pressure in the shower isn’t the strongest, but overall we would come back in a heartbeat. The rules about having guests after 11pm are strict so if you’re planning on entertaining maybe consider elsewhere. Mario was an excellent host.

Quiet, Lovely pool

Our goal was to totally relax, and we did! We hardly left the property except to go to the beach or to get food from the mercado or restaurant. We read books, Sam Im the rooftop pool, and meet some lovely people. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Pueblito Escondido is a perfect spot for family, or if you and a spouse want comfort, convenience, and quiet. The rooftop pool is spectacular and its a shirt walk to 5th ave (quinta avenida) where all the restaurants, and shops are.

This property is located in a lovely quiet area right beside the beach access in Playa de Carmen. The roof top patio and pool is absolutely gorgeous with a spectacular view of the ocean! The condo is very spacious and clean and has all the amenities needed. Mario is great to deal with and the holiday was very relaxing!

We loved our stay here ! Great location at the beginning of 5th ave on a quieter street. Beautiful, big condo with two pools and close to many nice restaurants. The beach next to the condo is not the main beach in playa, it is just a small beach, the main beach is at the other end of 5th about a 20 min walk.

Easy check in and out , spacious apartment ,only complaint was no free wifi but we survived on our data .paying $13 a day usd just wasn’t worth it to us.

This is the best location in Playa del Carmen, you are 15 minutes walking from all the noisy and loud nightlife of Playa del carmen, so you´re stay will be relaxing and peaceful. 38th Street is for me the best street in town because it's full of trees and green life that will make you feel more relaxed. Near Pueblito Escondido you can feel really safe and walk around at night and go to some of the best restaurants in Playa.
This condo has a beautiful infinity pool at the roof with views to the city and to the beach so you probably will like to spend all day at the pool.
The apartment has a perfect distrubution and is very spacious, also it comes with Wifi connection, so if you need to work or stay connected you can do it.
It has everything for you to enjoy your perfect vacations.
