Great location for going to the Fiesta Bowl. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The home was clean and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was very child and infant friendly. It had everything that was needed. The beds were very comfortable, everyone slept well. Great neighborhood. We all felt at home. I would definitely recommend this home.

Highland house

Beautiful home with lots of space. Everything that you have in your kitchen you will find in this kitchen! Felt like home away from home. Every thoughtful detail made it special especially our state flag emblem on the key ring. Will stay there again.

Roomy and comfortable stay in convenient location

We loved the open feeling in the main living area. There was enough space for our family to spread out and relax. Excellent and easy-to-use television in living room. Lovely kitchenware and settings. Beds were very comfortable. Very close to Glendale Stadium and 101. Thank you for a wonderful and easy stay!

Softball tournament

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and we had no issues accessing the house. It is very spacious and fit our needs. The host responded quickly when I reached out to him for something. I will definitely come back.

49ers game stay

House was clean and welcoming. The only complaint we have was on the morning of check out a nosey neighbor from the corner house across the street came to the front door asking if we had AA batteries that we could give her. She then proceeded interrogate us, asking for my name and what I was doing there. She remained in her front yard until we left. Weird!

I had an outstanding stay at a property managed by State in Evolve Vacation Rentals. The space was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone in my group to sleep comfortably. There were multiple sleeping areas, ensuring that everyone had their own space to relax. It was perfect for a family or a group of friends traveling together.One of the standout features was the two TVs in different areas of the house, which allowed us to enjoy our favorite shows and movies without disrupting each other. Whether we were in the living room or relaxing in another room, we could easily unwind and watch something.The backyard was a decent size, offering a great place to hang out and enjoy some fresh air. It was a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.Additionally, the location couldn't have been more convenient. The property was close to major shopping outlets, dining options, and a football arena, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The entertainment district was also nearby, offering plenty of options for fun and excitement.Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with great amenities and a prime location.
