Great location, terrible management

The check in process did not provide sufficient information to find parking. There was no signage to show which garage door belonged to the property, the intercom did not connect with anyone, no instructions on how to access garage (ie you need to use the garage remote which we didn’t have on us at the time). We were stuck in the unit while the lifts failed and could not get in contact with the property manager to find out how we could leave the property as we couldn’t use the fire exits with the keys provided. The company who collected the keys did not contact us for check out. Couldn’t contact the property manager to organise check out until 20 min before we left. The property itself is nice and a great location. The pictures don’t quite show the views accurately. Couldn’t work the audio system. Overall, definitely not thrilled with our weekend.
