Kiara has an open-plan living area with expansive harbour views from the living room and balcony. The apartment has a neat and tidy kitchen with modern appliances, various cooking utensils and basic pantry items if you wish to cook during your stay.
The comfortable living room includes seating for four guests, a small dining table and a 50 ” smart TV with complimentary Amazon Prime streaming services provided by your host. The best part of the apartment must be the balcony which is directly off the living room with comfortable outdoor seating showcasing those spectacular views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
The bathroom has been recently updated and includes basic toiletries and towels supplied by your host.
The primary bedroom contains a comfortable queen-sized bed and the second bedroom includes two single beds. Both bedrooms include a pedestal fan and you can take advantage of the sea breeze through the window.
For families with young children, we also supply a portacot and highchair (BYO linens).
Both the bedrooms and living room include a portable heater and fan to keep you comfortable in summer and winter.
Please note: By completing this reservation you agree that: • You will be required to complete our guest verification portal including signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. Per our Agreement, a hold of $2000 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date. • Your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
Guest have access to the entire apartment and balcony.
