Ocean Pines has been a favourite holiday home with families for years! This single-level property is superbly equipped, surprisingly spacious, and its location in the heart of popular Quindalup is hard to beat.

This is a stress-free home that’s just perfect for summer and winter getaways. Located near the end of a quiet and leafy cul de sac, the beach is just 140 metres away! A fantastic holiday house if you can see yourself walking out the door with your favourite people, a beach towel draped over your shoulder and a big smile on your face.

The layout of the home is ideal. The master king bedroom sits at the front of the home, separate from the other bedrooms. The remaining three bedrooms and a laundry run along the opposite side of the house.

The kitchen is central to the home and also central to the two separate living and dining areas. These living areas open out to the spacious outdoor entertaining and BBQ area, which includes multiple undercover seating options and views of the pretty garden. A fabulous place to come together for a meal and drinks after a long day at the beach!

Note that the children’s bunk bedroom is located directly opposite the main lounge area. This is a great place for little children as the bedroom can double as a playroom – and with the bifold doors open, adults can keep watch on the little ones while enjoying a glass of wine in front of the wood fire.

A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach!
There is plenty of room to park your boat, jet skis and store your beach toys and bikes (off-street parking and easy access through to the secure backyard).

We loved our stay at Ocean Pines, it is so close to the beach and bike path, the kids had a ball spending hours at the beach. The house was a great size with lots of bedrooms and different living areas so that we could enjoy some “family separation” if we wanted to. The kitchen was well equipped (including dishwasher, coffee machine and toasted sandwich maker which are our priorities for holiday houses). We loved the outdoor BBQ alfresco area. I would highly recommend this holiday house, we will be back!”

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than three cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).

Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cave exploring and horse riding nearby.
