Our family has stayed in many houses over the past 8 years and this by far has been the cleanest, best stocked kitchen/bath that we’ve ever stayed in! Dean was very easy to get ahold of and the check in was simple. The neighborhood was so quiet and many things to do from walking around the beautiful lakes to hiking in the Estrella Mountains. Many stores to shop all within 20 minutes of house. Easy to maneuver around and you can stay off all the busy roads! The pool was fantastic! The house itself! It was a stunning stay and great layout for hosting a relaxing weekend with friends and family. We hung by the pool, slept in, watched tv and had meals together effortlessly. This house had it all. It was very well kept, clean and organized. The outside area along with the heated pool was great. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything that you could possibly need for all of your kitchen needs. All of the bedrooms were great with tv’s in them. The master bedroom has a bathroom that is amazing. I did not want to get out of the shower. This house had everything that we were looking for. Clean, comfortable, and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this house.

The Best Getaway

Our family rented this property for a sunny getaway. From check in until check out, our experience was fabulous. The house was exactly as listed, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Just returned from a beautiful stay at this beautiful property!! The property, location and amenities were just perfect! Communication with home owners was outstanding, and they truly thought of everything. We traveled with multi generational family members, so having a bedroom and bathroom on main floor was extremely accommodating! We walked and hiked each morning, the community has a nice walking path surrounding a lake.We swam in the beautiful heated pool, and even bbq’d one day! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect!

We stayed here for a retreat and it was perfect! We really liked all the separate areas like the two living rooms, the nice big dining room, and the beautiful kitchen with the giant island. All of the bedding is so luxurious and the beds are so comfortable! The towels are the best. The master shower is a retreat itself! The backyard is just the right size and the pool was perfectly warm.

Well maintained and furnished home. Includes everything you can think of and then some. Perfect for multiple couples or families staying in Goodyear, AZ or vicinity. Wish every rental was as great as this house! Great communication with owners, super clean, and kitchen was well stocked. Pool was clean, perfect temperature, and had a nice umbrella. Outdoor sitting area was shaded and comfortable. Loved having an ice maker too. I have rented dozens of houses and this house went well above my already high expectations. We would totally rent this house again.

My family of six rented this house for the weekend and absolutely loved it!!!! This home has been recently renovated and is top notch from top to bottom. Everything a family needs for a vacation stay is included and more. Everyone had to take a shower in the master as this was the best home shower I’ve been in! The backyard was relaxing and would be awesome later in the year when the temperatures increase. It’s just around the corner from the golf course and just up the street from two small lakes that we enjoyed a walk around. If you want a beautiful home in a quiet area, this is for you! We will definitely rent this again!

The home was absolutely lovely with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The heated pool was perfect for the mid 70’s weather in March. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals for the entire group and plenty of seating options with the giant island in the kitchen and the large dining room table. I can’t say enough about the master bedroom and that awesome bathroom. The pictures just don’t do it justice. All the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Having two options for tv watching as a family was great. The backyard was plenty of options for lounging and relaxing by the pool. The grill and mini fridge outside are great for a fun day in the sun without having to keep running into the house. There were also tons of pool towels for the entire group. Nothing was missing we had everything for a wonderful stay. And the snacks and bottle of wine waiting for us was such a nice gesture. Can’t wait to come back!
