Our 186-foot private boat dock is a real gem. Imagine renting private boats, jet skis, or kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals and embarking on aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. The convenience of docking your rented watercraft mere steps away adds an extra layer of ease and excitement to your stay.
Accommodation:
Ground Floor-End Unit #6 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom canal front ground floor condo with a Queen-size bed.
Fully Equipped:
The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a drip coffee maker, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.
Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.
Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.
Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive. Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance:

Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Enjoyed the pool almost everyday. Camana Bay and 7 mile Beach were very close as was Fosters. We could not have chosen a better location for our stay.

Good place overall. If you want suggestions for improvement:The fan in the bathroom does not work. Also no AC in the bathroom. Makes for mold situation.Bathroom door scrapes the floor when opening / closing.Upgrade (thicker) cotton bedsheets would be good.

Liked the location of the particular condo nice outside area , kitchen had all the things you need , clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people , would stay again
Everything was perfect. Shelly did a great job with cleaning and checking in on us. Betty Ann was quick to respond and was able to let us check in early which was awesome! Pictures online were accurate and we had everything we needed for our week stay.

Clean place. top notch.
This place is very nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Everything worked as it should and we had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The location was fantastic. Close the grocery stores, shopping, and the beach…. Just a short drive away. We felt like we were in the center of everything but still got to enjoy quiet evenings. We would 100% stay here again.

Any questions we had prior to our trip and questions even during our stay were answered in a timely manner! During booking we were supplied with an online packet with information and tips. The condo had laminated sheets with helpful information and tips, and we were contacted with a follow-up of information days and hours before our arrival which helped our check-in go smoothly. Thank you for the Great Communication!!! The condo is well kept with extra towels, beach towels, bedding and some toiletries! I had concerns during booking that boat traffic in the canal or the pool being near the condo might be loud or noisy. It was very quiet, and we didn't hear any outside noise inside the condo. We LOVED how central this condo is to EVERYTHING or at least to a lot of things!!! Airport, Fosters, Camana Bay, Camana Bay Hospital and Clinic, shops, dive shops, restaurants, take out (Chicken Chicken) gas stations, snorkel spots, beaches, Kirks, George Town, to name a few. We were thankful for the parking spot right outside the front door, it was helpful when unloading and loading our luggage, beach and snorkel gear and unloading groceries. Again, thank you for helping make our stay so pleasant!!! One of best condos I have stayed in! I look forward to booking again!!!
