Summary:

The Space:
Modern 1 bedroom apartment in classic art deco building..

This ground floor apartment has elegant, light-filled living and dining spaces. Spacious kitchen with all amenities and new bathroom with shower. A balcony space with views down to Coogee Beach.

Please be advised the building will be undergoing extensive remedial work to the roof after Easter of this year.
These works will take up to 26 weeks to complete and unfortunately will create a lot of noise during the day which could possibly be disruptive if working from home. Noise will be limited to between 7.00am-4.00pm.
There will be scaffolding down the side of the building. When the works commences, there will be NO access allowed to the roof area until the works are complete.

*Please note: Structural Building Maintenance (SBM) will start the major remediation works of the roof commencing 15 May 2023.
These works will be conducted during the times of 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Please note the works will create some noise during the day and advise if this becomes difficult to conduct your work at home, please look into an alternative work space.
Works are set to be complete on or around 13 November 2023, however this is only an estimate as weather may cause unexpected delays.
Please note, during this time NO residents are to utilize the roof space AT ALL. The clotheslines will be relocated for residents use. We also ask that all fire doors remain closed during this time.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. 1 bedroom will remain locked.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
A 200m stroll down the road onto the sands of Coogee Beach, passing plenty of dining options along the way.

Getting Around:
Public transport is readily available with nearby bus-stops. On street parking is limited, however, all day parking spaces can be found in local areas.

Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
