Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

Recently renovated with modern fixtures, plush accommodations, and thoughtful amenities, we aim to please with this listing.

Amenities are for closers like yourself; a multi-phone charging station, grill and outdoor dining, ice bucket (for when you pop the champagne on a deal well-struck), Keurig coffee in a fully-stocked kitchen, and multiple desk work stations are just a sample of the thoughtful touches in store.

Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 80°F (for ambient temperatures above 60°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me.

Quiet Stay
The space was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space to sleep, watch tv, share a meal and be outside. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to find all the necessities like Dunkin Donuts, grocery and highways very accessible nearby. The kitchen was equipped, there are plenty of towels, sheets and blankets as well. Would stay there again.
