Summary:
This stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment features polished timber floors, reverse-cycle aircon, 2 balconies, a bbq and internal laundry facilities. Situated in the “GEM” complex across from Point Gellibrand Coastal Heritage Park, the apartment has a secure car-space and access to the building gym. It’s just 2 kilometres from Williamstown Beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants, DSV Stadium, the Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, Williamstown Botanic Gardens and train station.

The Space:
Enter the apartment into a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with timber flooring and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The kitchen comes equipped with a Miele 4-burner gas cooktop, electric under-bench oven, a Miele dishwasher, a good sized-fridge and coffee maker. The benchtops are stone, one of which doubles as a breakfast bar with 2 stools. A dining table seats 4 people and flows through to the living space, offering a comfy recliner sofa and occasional chair, a large ‘Smart’ TV and rug for comfort. Glass doors off this open-plan living area lead out to a spacious balcony with an electric barbecue.

The apartment has 2 stylishly appointed bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, occasional chair, and built-in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. More glass doors take you out to a second, private balcony with vertical blinds for light control. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom featuring floor-to ceiling tiles and a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen. A second bedroom comes with a double bed, blinds and built-in wardrobes, again with lots of storage space.

The apartment’s main bathroom also features stunning floor-to ceiling tile work and a large, frameless glass shower recess. A separate laundry room houses a combined LG washer/dryer. The microwave oven is also housed in the laundry.

The Neighborhood:
Melbourne’s first port settlement, Williamstown is filled with maritime museums and colonial landmarks like Timeball Tower and Fort Gellibrand. Yachts dock alongside tall ships at Gem Pier, while the convict-built Nelson Place now houses craft shops and restaurants. The area’s southern shore has tranquil parks and wetlands, and sandy Williamstown Beach is a popular family destination in summer. Near the apartment you’ll find the Titanic Theatre Restaurant, Seaworks Maritime Precinct, Commonwealth Reserve, Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, with Wiliamstown Beach and Scienceworks interactive museum only a short drive away. There’s also easy access to the buzz of the Melbourne CBD with its myriad of shows, theatre, arts and restaurants.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with parking, but if you prefer public transport, there are several bus services within a few minutes’ walk and the Williamstown train station is just a 5 minute walk away, with regular services to Melbourne CBD. Ferries and cruises to South Gate and St Kilda depart from Gem Pier, an 11 minute walk from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.
