* **Guest Verification:** For the security of our guests and property, you will be asked to complete a simple ID verification through our partner, Truvi, before we are able to provide you with your check in information. This helps us comply with local regulations and ensures a smooth check-in for you.
* **Noise and Smoking:** Please remember, due to strata and government regulations, we have a strict No Party and No Smoking policy for all our properties.
* **Check-in Process:** Our concierge will meet you upon arrival. As they do not live on-site, please let us know your arrival time well in advance.
