Upon entering you will be welcomed into a large and spacious great room with combined living dining and kitchen areas. The large kitchen boasts granite counters stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you may need while on vacation. Providing plenty of room for large groups the center island includes seating for 6 with additional dining table for 6 for your comfort and convenience. The living area offers 2 comfortable couches large wall mounted TV and access to your very private and spacious ocean front balcony where you can soak in the sounds of the ocean! You will also find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including a spacious and ocean front primary bedroom with private bath. The views from this bedroom suite will never disappoint and offers a king bed and private bath. The second oversized bedroom offers 2 pyramid bunk beds with 2 full and 2 twin beds and directly beside hallway bathroom for easy convenience. Finally your third bedroom is not to be left out with queen bed great closet space and access to full hallway bath.
The Quay is a highly desirable oceanfront building located on 107th Street offers indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room saunas in both public restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch open seasonally!
*There is a $100 Quay Amenity Fee required due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass, indoor outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to purchase a second pass is $15.00/day or $100.00/week.

Our extended family really enjoyed our stay at The Quay building in this oceanfront 3-bedroom unit. The location offers easy access to a lifeguarded beach and beach gear rentals were available near the beach entrance as well. The outdoor pool was also a hit for our four granddaughters, and there is also a small indoor pool as well. The building offers adequate parking plus there is a city municipal parking lot close by if you have more vehicles than passes available at check-in. The building’s second floor has on-site rental offices and various amenities as well. I’ve rented from a 7th St/boardwalk location in the past and prefer this. It’s easy to drive down to the beginning of the boardwalk, park and enjoy that for an evening. The beaches down there are very wide and make quick trips up to the unit from the beach more difficult. I really enjoyed the size of the beach as well as the building overall at The Quay!
Two of my friends, our 7 children (ages 4-15) arrived at this property for a long weekend getaway. This property is in a great area and the layout of the room itself was great. However, the apartment was by far the dirtiest rental any of us have ever stayed. The day we arrived we found two very large wads of hair (which were side by side) in one of the showers which lead us to believe the shower was never cleaned in the first place. We immediately notified the rental agency. After leaving multiple messages over the first two or three days, they finally sent two young kids up to clean it. Moments after they left we noticed one of the wads was still there. We called and left another voicemail and then reached out to the owner. The owner was able to get someone to call from the rental agency on day 4 of our 5 day stay. The woman who called was rude, asked if we notified them immediately (which we did to no avail), asked for pictures of the remaining hair (which we provided), then proceeded to ask if it was necessary to send someone else up since we were checking out the next day which I said it was.
In addition:
- the second shower did not drain so we had 10 people showering in one tub which didn’t drain and was full of sand and filthy water (this was also reported to management)
- the kitchen cabinets/drawers were full of crumbs
- there was a used feminine product and it’s packaging thrown through the stairwell that remained there for the last 2-3 days of our stay
