Oceanfront and Walking Distance to Activities and Food

Easily accessible to anything on the strip while having ocean views and a short walk to the beach. Outdoor lazy river pool is heated starting mid March

Great view and location!

Beautiful view of the ocean from the 11th floor. Condo was very clean and modern. Parking was a little difficult due bike week. Access to boardwalk, restaurants, grocery all in walking distance. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Overall stay was great and I would stay again at this hotel/room. Room was updated and direct oceanfront. Hallways were a little small, dryer had a heating issue, but everything else was just as asked.

Great Views

The view was wonderful! The property was extremely clean and the ac worked like a dream. The unit had more of a hotel fell than we are used to. Parking was easy! The listing said beach chair/towels provided. Please be aware that there are no beach towels or pool towels provided. This was a let down for us as we flew and didn’t bring any with us due to the statement in the listing.

Ocean Vacation

We had a very nice time! Condo was as it appeared online in the photos newly renovated. The balcony so relaxing. There was a rocking chair in addition to the white patio chairs which I highly enjoyed. But would be good if there was two one for husband and wife. The bed was comfy to our liking. There was no issue at arrival. Did not know to obtain parking permit but we asked front desk and all was good. The refrigerator has an ice maker which was a nice surprise. Very nice having a key code vs. Key to get in room. The pool and lazy river were nice. The hot tub needs to be replaced or at least have new jets put in. They spray upward in your face so that was not very relaxing. Overall good stay, and we would definitely rent the condo again.

Ocean Front condo

Location is good. Cant beat the view from balcony and was able to watch the fourth of July fireworks from there. The info in the listing is not accurate. There was one beach chair provided but no beach towels. When I called the local property manager she said they do not supply beach towels. I did leave an additional beach chair so hopefully there will now be 2 and also left behind beach towels but not sure if they will stay with the unit. Bed is uncomfortable, and pillows not great. I was provided two different emails for the local property manager. She did not respond to either email address. She did answer the phone number given but did not identify herself or the management company when answering the phone which felt odd. The wifi info provided in the email from Evolve was incorrect. We were able to find the correct info on a small sign in the property. The toilet runs continuously. Appliances look new. As this is a VRBO rental the front desk staff at Roxanne Towers would not provide any info regarding the unit or the wifi. They were able to help me with info regarding Beach service for a beach umbrella and chairs.
