Bad place to live for vacation
First, we had trouble to contact the owner to get into the house. After multiple messages on VRBO website, we had to call VRBO themself. They give me a second phone number that was not on the website. We were finally able to join the owner and to get in. The Air Conditioning was not working and it was dripping water in the basement. We were not able to reach the owner by phone so we called VRBO again and they were not able to help us. After few hours, the air conditioning broke literally. There was 10 bags of garbage in the garage that was very smelly. There was insect crawling on the floor. The grass was 1 meter high in the backward. There was a written notice to correct about the grass height on the fridge doors, written by the town of Welland itself. A very bad place to stay. I would not go even free of charge. Very bad service from VRBO also since they did nothing to help us in the situation. I talked to a VRBO agent for more then an hour the very first morning and they could do nothing to help, even after we sent photos of the grass, insects crawling, garbage and AC not working. That was all bad, period. I do not recommend at all
