Front door locks automatically once you close, double check from outside before you leave. Ensure you lock the back door from inside before you check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLS REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR HOUSE RULES. No smoking inside the house. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
Please park the cars on the left side of the driveway(as left as possible),we share the driveway with neighbor.Kindly follow quiet hours from 11PM-7AM
HotTub is always ON and please leave it as it is. Kindly turn the jets and lights OFF right after your use and close with cover.
