Had a fantastic day. Originally planned for just two or three, but due to air travel cancellations rest of family joined. Very private and true Muskoka northern Ontario Cottage experience. Lots of water toys, and great sauna by the lake. Very well stocked.
Private and spacious, this tastefully decorated cottage has everything you need. Cooking for our family of eight was easy in the fully stocked kitchen (thank you, corn cob holders) supplemented by the back deck bbq and fresh herbs. Even the dog relaxed.
We had the most wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect for our group, comprising 3 generations, and the house was very well stocked with everything we needed, having travelled from abroad. The bunkie and dock had so much equipment and boats for us all to have fun with. It is an idyllic location and our 6 day stay was just not long enough! We would love to come back. Thank you!

Thanks for the kind words Duane! We look forward to having you back again!! Stephanie and Kerry
A beautiful location on a perfect lake. The cottage was clean, well equipped and stocked, and wonderfully decorated. It inspired instant calm and cottage feel. Super surprised that there were towels and sheets and the welcome basket was a nice surprise. Tons of fun stuff to do at the lake (peddle boat, kayak, paddle board, canoes) and also a marina to rent boats from and a pizza place on the lake. The Seguin Trail is spectacular and great for biking. Love that dogs are welcome and they have their own towels! We had a power outage due to a storm when we arrived and the owners were updating us constantly and truly cared about our experience. We would definitely go back! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the great review! We would love to have you back again. Stephanie ie and Kerry
This property worked very well for our family of 10. It is on a beautiful lake and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the water. The one marina on the lake had a rental that fit our needs and we had no problem getting or returning the pontoon boat. Saw some beautiful sunsets and even went to a great pizza restaurant via the boat. We did not use the sauna---the weather was warmer than expected (P.S.-the house had A/C that worked great!) and the grandchildren noticed bees/wasps in the entry way---so, no sauna. The large DR table was perfect for our size group for all meals. The bedrooms worked out very well between the adults and kids. Two bathrooms were a bit of a challenge but, we got by. The kitchen had everything you needed for all meal prep---and, the supplies left were very helpful. Plenty of refrigerator space. Lounging indoors and watching TV or choosing from a large collection of DVD's and games was fun. Outdoor lounging with a gas fire pit and the chairs on the dock gave us lots of places to take in the nice weather and the lake atmosphere. The owners were very nice to work with and responded promptly to questions/concerns. No attention was required on a couple of minor issues. It is a dog-friendly rental (our family has dogs, but we did not bring them on vacation)---so, expect some of the traces of dogs visiting the house (mostly some dog hair---otherwise all was very clean). Best of all there were no surprises---the house was just as advertised!
