Hi Shelley, Thank you for taking time to give us your feedback we appreciate it and thank you for your honesty as well. In the website it is clearly indicated that the apartment is not air-conditioned yet. (For your information, the installation of this one is planned). The kitchen chairs are made with real wood. I understand that they may be less comfortable for some people. To make them more pleasant, they are equipped with cushions. As you know the apartment is still under renovating, because I did send a message, so yes, we are still working on to make the kitchen more function-able. Contractors in the Maritime are busy. They will sometimes start a job than leave it and back again so and so. For now the kitchen will stay the way it is until my contractor can come back again. As for the yard it is done every 2 weeks, sometimes less when the grass grows too fast. It was cared almost 2 weeks before your arrival. I agree that the grass was high. A week before your arrival it was cold and it was raining nonstop, you were lucky, there was no rain during your stay. Ad I am glad you had the weather was sunshine while you were here. Tracie, was a great Guest. She is a very cleaned guest. Tracie’s apartment was so clean I didn’t have much work to do. She even did the garbages. Tracie is one of my highest level guest. I always welcome her stay and I highly recommend her to other hosts.
