Lovely property with such a kind, accomodating host. Really great communication! Everything is as pictured, super clean and an easy spot to get a taxi/uber. Only a short trip to the city.
Great stay clean bright and airy accommodation. The only downside is not always a parking spot outside property but never to far away. We like to use public transportation and train station was a 9 min walk so it was all good . You get used to the noise of aircraft flying over head during the day but didn’t bother us

The unit was new, modern and roomy. Located in an older neighborhood, the house was comfortable. While in flight path of international airport, after 2200 and before 0600, its hardly noticeable. The house was clean, though lacked some basic cleaning supplies (sponge, paper towels) and upon arrival, there was a noticeable antiseptic smell covering what seemed to be of "dirty diapers".
A modern apartment. Reasonably clean, horrible parking arrangements/ street. Master bedroom very comfortable. Other beds less so, very low to ground. I could not have got up from or onto them. Plenty of bathroom supplies. An extra tea towel or two would be helpful when a full house expected. Flight path a challenge. Dining Table ok, but some of the chairs were very wobbly.

We stayed at this property with a multi-generational family group, and the layout was exceptionally well-suited for our needs.Space & LayoutThe property is incredibly spacious, both in the living areas and the bedrooms. Having multiple washrooms was a huge advantage for a larger group, ensuring everyone had their own space and making the morning routine much smoother. It is an ideal setup for families traveling together.Connectivity & TechA significant drawback for us was the Wi-Fi, which was unfortunately very poor. Additionally, the general cellular signal strength in this specific area wasn't great. We definitely would not recommend this location for anyone who needs to work remotely or rely on a stable internet connection during their stay.Cleanliness & EnvironmentOn a side note, we did encounter cockroaches a few times during our visit. While this might be a common reality for those used to the Australian climate, it was something worth noting for future guests.SummaryIf you are looking for a large, comfortable space for a family gathering and don't mind being "unplugged," this is a great find. However, the lack of reliable connectivity and the pest sightings are factors to consider before booking.
The townhouse is relatively new. It is on a quiet street. It has central heating. I liked easy access to a small backyard. The neighbourhood is very quiet.If you dont have a car it is a 10 min walk to the station and in the opposite direction, to the supermarket (Coles and Harris Farm Market).There is a small supermarket near the station but I didnt go there.The bedrooms are comfortable and have good storage for clothes and personal belongings.The property is under a flight path, but there is no aircraft noise overnight.The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and the oven is amazing.Theres also a downstairs toilet, shower and washing machine, and an outdoor clothesline and portable clothes airer. You'll need to bring some pegs.
