Excellent location but...
To start with check in process was a pain, We arrived at 2:45 pm (check in at 3 pm) and the code we were given to unlock the keys was not working , tried contacting the property manager did not get a response until 4:15 then we were given another code to try and it worked. As for the property Coffee machine did not work, pool was very dirty and the pool cleaning machine had exposed wires so we couldn't use it to clean the pool. We contacted the property manager on the same day (3/01/2024) but did not receive a response at all then we messaged them again on 7/01/2024 (one day before checkout) and expressed our dissappointment. Property management claimed they never received any complaints from us which was not true. We only had a 5 day stay at the property and expected a clean place where the kids would enjoy the pool and have some fun which was not the case as we couldn't use the pool at all. On the last day of our stay we received an email from property management asking us to send photos and if we had any other issues to which they did not respond at all.
We are now back home and will make sure we do more research next time to make sure we won't encounter issues like this.
