Relax with the whole family, at this private, perfectly located waterfront home. Designed and built to highlight the waterfront surrounds and panoramic views of its surrounds. With views second to none, you'll enjoy the finer details of this property, whilst being positioned in on the most prime locations in the Gold Coast.
Accommodating up to 12 guests, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, split over 2 generous levels, it highlights the prime waterfrontage and spectacular views that we know to love, celebrating the Gold Coast and its surrounds. 'Sorrento', one of the most sought after locations in the suburbs of the Gold Coast, which guests can choose to be apart of the glitz and glamour of the Gold Coast, or hide away in the peaceful tranquillity of a waterfront property.
Ground level living opens onto a covered wraparound terrace capturing morning sunshine, wide water views and sparkling city lights from Broadbeach to Surfers Paradise.
Mere moments from Main River, the large pontoon is a bonus for boaties while kids won't want to leave home with their own sandy beach and a large lagoon-style pool.
Bedding configurations are as followed:
Master Bedroom 1:
1x King Bed - with balcony.
Bedroom 2:
1x Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3:
1x Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4:
1x Bunk bed set - King Single Top and Bottom Bunk, with King Single trundle underneath.
Bedding option 5:
There is 1x Sofa Bed in the living area - sleeps 2.
Property features include:
-Generous open plan tiled layout.
- Private paved courtyard with amazing pool area, north east facing. Complete with BBQ facilities.
- Spacious full gourmet kitchen, with gas cooktop, modern appliances including a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and bench space.
- Waterfront views, including those of the private pontoon.
- Indoor pingpong table and piano, for endless entertainment options.
- Master bedroom has ensuite attached, with large bathtub to enjoy.
- Hotel-quality linen & beach towels provided upon arrival.
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**
- Pets are allowed by prior approval only (max. 2) and a pet accommodation fee of $37 per night per pet will be charged separately to your reservation total. No pets on furniture. We do not take pets that Bark excessively or shed hair. If there are neighbour complaints of barking, the pet will have to be removed immediately or your stay will be cancelled. NO PETS without prior approval due to wildlife /animals at the property.
Guests have full access to all areas except storeroom separate to the house and cleaners cupboard.
- As a rule we only take families.
- The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit $2000 which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
- Starting 16th February 2024, All group stays will require a external $5000 bond
