Good rental

Great location , close to campus and restaurants, grocery. Met all our needs , could use a little updating/cleanliness. But really was good for a family gathering place while visiting our daughter. Would rent again !

Everything was fine except there isn't a shower in the main bedroom suite. So 4 of us has to share a shower.

Pros : House is clean and neat , conveniently located near the campus, downtown, Walmart and food options. Loved the bedrooms and huge TV in living room. Cons : The pics are deceiving This house should be listed as a townhouse or duplex not single family home - you are sharing the property with the people next door. It was awkward meeting the neighbors and their dog tried to attack and ran toward us as we were parking and scared everyone in the car ! The dog wasn’t on a leash. Also more than one roll of toilet paper , paper towels, trash bags should be provided I had to buy these items. If you don’t mind a townhome experience then this place is for you .

Decent enough Interior....less than average neighborhood...

You do need coffee cups- none there at all....and there is inadequate plates and bowls/utensils in the kitchen- 4 plates, one bowl...a few forks.....no coffee cups.....Please do advertise that there is only ONE shower in hall bath.....master bathroom ONLY has a bathtub- so strange...made it a scheduling issue. Also needs SOME patio furniture...not a chair or table out on the patio. Unit was clean on the inside...we picked up trash all over the patio at arrival...beer bottles/trash- ugh...would not select again as neighborhood was less than average....

Not satisfied.

Upon arrival the front door was not locked and had a code that would not lock the door. We had to go out the back door and leave it unlocked so we could lock the front door to leave. Also how do you have a coffee maker and not have any coffee cups available, and have a 3 bedroom townhome and have only two full size plates. No instructions for the operation of the television. Very unsatisfied especially for the price that was charged.
