Great location for multiple families to meet and spend several days for Christmas. Property was decorated for Xmas and we had plenty of room to spread out and gather. Enjoyed beautiful views of Caddo. Rooms were neat and clean. Pool table was popular along with lighted deck where we setup a Corn Hole tournament space. Four married couples and 8 young adults from 13 to 20. Everyone loved it!

We are a 3 generation family of 20....this house suited us perfectly for bedrooms, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor space. The crick/river behind the house was a bonus for tubing.

Look no further!

If you have a large group and want to visit Glenwood, AR, then I highly recommend staying at the Suite 7 Dreams cabin! This cabin is beautiful, clean, spacious, and is in a great location! We will definitely stay here again!

Great location. We had a great time at the house and out on the river which is right off the backside of the house. House is super cute and stocked up for all your needs. Zero complaints. Kids had a blast with the arcade games and pool table. Will definitely book this property again in the future.

First of all, the host was amazing. Responsive, professional, kind. The house itself was clean, spacious, stocked well. In a great location with plenty of flat outdoor space. We had an issue where the AC was broken upstairs — it broke while we were there and was totally outside of the host’s control. The host went above and beyond to make it right. Overall would book again.

Family Christmas.

This home is absolutely gorgeous. We have 16 family members that meet every year for Christmas. Everyone said this is their favorite. The view of the Caddo is amazing. The house is furnished so beautifully. The grandkids & adults enjoyed the games upstairs. It was perfect. I definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful!

Beautiful house in a tucked-away, gated community. The kids loved playing in the river. Saw plenty of wildlife including deer, hummingbirds, and even a bald eagle (lots of bugs too, but it is near the woods so expected). Everything in the house was clean and in working order, so definitely no complaints there. Thanks!

We loved our trip to the Caddo River! The house was the perfect size. It was spotless and beautifully decorated (inside and outside). There were plenty of spaces for our family to hang out, spacious living room, game room, and deck area. Also, area under the house for games and hanging out as well. The bedrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of tv's, bathrooms, games, and seating. The dining table was large enough to seat our crowd and it was beautiful. River access was perfect! We would definitely stay at this location and house again!

Luxury off the beaten path.

This place is awesome. House was as described. Great view and great quality. Place had everything you needed. No dishes or linens needed. One thing to note. It is on a gravel road with speed bumps so if your car rides low be careful. Also, the cleaning you have to do after is a lot. But if you don't trash the place it isn't a big deal.

AMAZING HOUSE.!!

They have thought of EVERYTHING to make you feel like you are at home! Home owner is very friendly. Personal texts to make sure everything is as you expected. He is very accommodating. The house is right on the river with beautiful large windows and a large covered porch. Big bedrooms of which most have their own full baths. Large kitchen. Large game room. Just amazing! Can't thank you enough for sharing your beautiful home with our family. Blessings!

Beautiful place. Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is the third house in this neighborhood to stay in, and it was by far the best furnished house! Lots of space and more storage space for luggage than any other home we’ve stayed in. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture and having two ovens/microwaves. The beds are firm and we all appreciated the quality of the beds after a long day in the river. There was plenty of table space for everyone to eat either in or outdoors. They’ve also added furniture to the upstairs loft that isn’t pictured. We saw tons of wildlife each evening. This house is located on a quiet branch off the main river. It still flowed nicely, but had less current than the main river. It was ideal for little ones to swim, catch fish in nets, and play more safely without getting swept down river. There are some things to point out though. The furniture in the living room is awful. Very uncomfortable and the sectional would not stay together. You sink to the bottom of the cushions or the pieces would separate. As others have pointed out there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom in one of the suites. That didn’t seem like a big deal until we saw the set up. You could literally see every space in the bathroom from the bed. The bathroom is small so I understand not wanting a traditional door, but maybe consider a sliding barn door for privacy. The listing shows an outdoor tv, but it was not there upon arrival. This was a huge disappointment as it was a big draw for this home (esp during the college ballgames!). We were told it was damaged in a storm and they chose not to replace it. That needs to be removed from the listing if so and disclosed prior to coming. Lastly, the listing shows some rooms with queens and two doubles (bunks). None of the bunk beds were doubles so this caused some difficulties in sleeping arrangements. All bunks were twin over twin. Please update listing to reflect this! I hope the owners or managers will take these things into consideration and update the listing to more accurately reflect the home. This really is a great place on a perfect section of the river.

The TV outside would be subject to being destroyed by storms and the owners felt since there were already 8 TVs in the house they would leave that one off!
