A temporary reception office will be located near the basement lift lobby access pathway, with directional signage erected to guide residents and guests to this alternate reception area and this point of building access.

From January 2023 for approximately 76weeks, 2nd Avenue will be preforming construction works and development around the property to better advance our property for you, our valued guests. Please note that pool will be closed due to this.

You may also experience noise works during your stay due to external construction works starting nearby on the Gold Coast Light Rail. This portion of construction is NOT within our hotel grounds, however we would like to make you aware of possible noise coming from some ongoing Burleigh developments.
