Nice 5th Floor apartment, front side position. 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom unit with great ocean views. Enjoy the balcony to catch the ocean breeze.Directly across the road from the patrolled beach, BBQ areas and only a 5 minute walk to the many fabulous shops and restaurants Burleigh has to offer.
The complex has a lift and great outdoor heated pool.

Very clean and in good location however furniture and fittings very dated but I guess it reflects the price and you get used to it. Wardrobes/chest of drawers need updating to alleviate the musty smell. We unclogged the hair from the vacuum cleaner but it still kept overheating. Because of locati9n have booked it again for next year

View wonderful location excellent - much older than expected needs some upgrades air conditioning.

Easy in line process but photos deceiving - air conditioning would be bonus position perfect - bed comfortable - shower over bath not suitable for older tenants - needs some much needed basic renovations - security/screen door needs mesh and the ability to shut it as well to be lockable!!! Initial disappointment overridden by the view and magnificent beach and swimming in doorstep
