Five minutes away from a large, family friendly park with playground, bocce, tennis and basketball courts and there's a farm stand/lobster shack at the end of the street. Thursday night fireworks. House has three spacious bedrooms with private baths two upstairs and one on the main level with walk in closets. Additional 1/2 bath next to open living room/ kitchen that has lots of windows and sunshine. All kitchen appliances are new, dishwasher, micro, etc. House is nicely decorated with tv in livingroom and tv in Master Bedroom. Two porches overlook a landscaped yard with flowers, shrubs, picnic table and chairs, as well as barbecue grill. Front porch is a great place to relax with a cool beverage after a day at the beach. Off street parking for two cars as well as more parking available on street. Central air available. Smoking outside only please and sorry - no pets. Double stroller, high chair, beach cart, pack n play available for children. Caretaker lives in apartment in basement. NOTE: Due to insurance requirements, the person responsible for the rental must be over 25 years of age.
