Broken dishwasher, leaking coffee maker & a cold hot tub

When we arrived, we were told the dishwasher was broken which was why rented a house and not a hotel. It was never fixed. We had to do dishes by hand all weekend. The fancy coffee maker leaks everywhere. Lastly, the hot tub would not stay heated. Each time we wanted to use it, we had to turn the heater on, wait, and keep checking as it kept turning off again. We were inconvenienced the entire weekend and no concessions were made. It feels like we were tricked.

Desert Paradise

This is a brilliant property just on the edge of town close to all the amenities. The photos don’t do it justice. It is superbly stocked and the indoor/ outdoor space is amazing. Sparklingly clean with great facilities (rooms are like suites). The pool is to die for with the spa attached. Communication with Poppy inc and the host couldn’t have been easier. Loved it. We’ll be back!
