Our 4 Bedroom/4 Bath home offers high-end furnishings with unique amenities and features not commonly find in most Vacation rentals.
We are located near Yonge & Finch only 3 blocks/5 minutes walk to Vibrant Yonge Street

Our comfortable home includes the following:
• 4 Bedrooms [2 King & 2 Queen pillow top mattresses)
• 4 newly renovated bathrooms [2 on the main floor, 2 in the basement
• Luxury chef's kitchen on main floor+ 2 Luxury Kitchenettes in basement
• 6 Seat Dining Table on main floor + 4 seat breakfast table in basement
• Game/Entertainment room downstairs with Foosball with a full bath, jacuzzi and Sauna
• 2 Laundry rooms [1 on the main floor + 1 in the basement]
LAYOUT Of THE HOME:
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The primary Bedroom is located on the second floor and boasts a king pillow top bed, ensuite bathroom and 40 inch TV
BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 is located on the main floor and includes a king pillow top bed
BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 is located on the main floor beside Bedroom 2 and it includes a Queen pillow top bed
Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 is located in the basement with a Queen pillow top bed, kitchenette, ensuite bath
KITCHEN
Our fully stocked chef's kitchen is located on the main floor. There are also an additional 2 kitchenettes in the finished basement.
LIVING ROOM
Includes a 3 piece genuine leather sofa set and mounted 50 inch TV.
DINING ROOM
6 Seat dining table located next to the living room. There is also a 4 seat breakfast table in the basement.
BASEMENT
Includes 1 bedroom with ensuite bath and kitchenette, a spa room with a Sauna and Jacuzzi, a second Kitchennete with a foosball table.
SPA ROOM
The Spa Room is located inside a very large bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi with body jets, a curbless shower and a large Sauna. We have a kitchenette conveniently located beside this room where you can bring your refreshments into the Spa room.

We are located in an ultra affluent & safe community in North York Toronto only 3 blocks from vibrant Yonge street near Yonge and Finch
North York Centre Subway Station is 1.2km away and will take you to Downtown Toronto in 25 minutes.
