There is a flat entry from your car parking to the upper level of the house....

On the main level you will also find a full kitchen with all your modern conveniences, water views from the loungeroom picture window, a wood fire place, floor boards throughout, and the main bathroom with the large soaker tub (Separate shower).

Please note that there are external stairs that connect the upstairs level of the house with the downstairs.

Could be managed better

We enjoyed Merimbula & location of property was good but the following need to be addressed… No cooling, Only a fan …property was so hot on our arrival. Someone needed to open property & let air in! Lots of dead ants in bunk room not cleaned up! No free to air channels . Had to swap tvs with downstairs property . No BBQ , dog bowls filthy, front garden needs to be tidied to give the property a more clean appearance to guests. Laundry downstairs- door broken & very dirty. Did not want to use the laundry! No side table or lamp on one side of bed in our bedroom. Looks like no one had been into the property for awhile. In ringing the agent to report tv issue we were told,”no one else has had that problem!” Not the response you need & the fault was on their end anyway! On a positive note- shower was fabulous!!

Family trip

Great location, views from the deck and windows of the bush and oven. Plenty of space at the property and well equipped kitchen. A bbq would be great there! Family loved staying all together, thanks!

Terrific little house to stay in. Clean and modern. Right up our alley

Recommend this property highly. Very happy. Only suggestion would be Abe cuts lounge. We struggled to sit as a family in the lounge room due to the single three seater. Otherwise terrific facilities, appliances etc. Thank you
