Perched up above Merimbula, Minto is the perfect location to enjoy both the spectacular views and the short walking distance to town! Our beautifully restored 3 bedroom home offers that home way from home feeling and provides everything you will need for your next holiday. Take in the views from the wrap around balcony with a glass of wine or cook up a storm in the brand new fully equipped kitchen. there is a BBQ, outdoor dining and an outdoor shower in the backyard.

Although the yard is not fenced, you are allowed to bring your pet on holidays. The walk around the lake in the morning is breathtaking! Not feeling that energetic? Take a leisurely stroll along the board walk and stop for a coffee at the end at the top lake boat hire.

There is room for the whole family and even the chance to bring a small dog along with you for your getaway.

There are 2 large queen bed rooms with plenty of storage (One even has stunning views)
There is a third large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
