Confusion

I arrived at the property and was unable to access it as I had not been given any codes. Staff at the adjoining restaurant were able to help and I finally got the codes. When I attempted to turn on the television it simply said no signal . Fortunately the bed was very comfortable.
Stayed 1 night in May 2023
