The house offers 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms., 4 toilets. Great for the extended family or 2 families 'for a holiday or reunion. It Boasts 2 kitchens (one new) and 2 laundries. (the front house has 3 bedrooms which can also be rented upstairs, with owners living downstairs, up to 17 people using both places).

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms with queen beds and ensuites, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas and a large communal space with TV. 2 outside decks.
Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with king singles.. There is a spare room downstairs with a sofa bed which is ideal for a peace. Also a garage and carport providing off street parking. There is plenty of street parking also.

A sports oval is in front of the houses and open space at the back. it is a short walk to many great places, in the popular Jetty tourist spot of Coffs Harbour. Walk to the beaches, Coffs Creek for a barbeque, Mutton Bird Island, marina and numerous restaurants and Spa grocery shop.

Great location and perfect size for two families

This house is in a wonderful location to explore Coffs Harbour. It’s a short walk into town and to the beach and the shared walkway starts just at the end of the street. It is a large house and was perfect for two families to stay together. The hosts were wonderful and very approachable if there was anything we needed. There were a few things that didn’t work (spa, blinds, toilet) however this was well explained by the hosts on arrival and didn’t impact our stay at all. The house appears to have been vacant for a little while and could do with a deep clean however all of the main amenities and beds were clean. The mattresses were all comfortable. There are two kitchens so plenty of plates, cutlery and pots and pans etc. We were really happy with our stay here.
