Casa Porto is the perfect home for boaters seeking an upscale location with un-matched quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Located within walking distance of Cape Harbor and surrounded by million dollar homes, this home is all about outdoor living with mutiple spots to entertain and enjoy an unmatched outdoor living lifestyle.

On stepping through the front entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the open plan feel of the living area.  The home has a spacious feel, accented with modern décor. The large living area has a wall of sliding doors to the pool deck area.    The open plan Kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances. There is a Breakfast Bar area plus a casual dining area for 6 persons plus wet bar. The Kitchen overlooks the extremely comfortable Family Room and ultimately, the private screened pool area. The Family Room features comfortable sectional seating for all the family plus smart cable TV. 

Featuring 3 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, smart cable TV, french doors to the pool deck and private Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom features twin basins, roman bathtub and large walk in shower. The two Guest Bedrooms each feature a Queen size bed with smart cable TV .  The Guest Bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and single basin.

Stepping outside to the screened lanai, guests can enjoy the private deck area with an Outdoor Kitchen/Bar area with TV. There is outdoor high top seating for 6 so guests + an additional TV so guests can enjoy alfresco dining and entertainment. Stepping down to the private dock area, guests can spend some quiet time under the shade of the Tiki Hut down by water's edge. A perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Great location! We enjoyed walking everyday and the close location to Cape Harbour. The pool was warm and we loved relaxing by the pool. The house had everything we needed plus more.

Beautiful place on the water, kitchen well equipped, nice quiet neighbourhood, great outdoor kitchen/tiki hut to hand out and bbq.

Quiet and Inviting

The house was perfect for our needs. Large master bedroom and bath with two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The pool and patio area were very relaxing. The pool was warm, they heat it to 86 degrees in the winter. We needed to extend our stay for a family member's health issue and Keeley was great about handling the request. Would definitely stay here again.
