We can offer early arrival and late check out times, ensuring your stay is not rushed. Drive time from Melbourne is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Master Bedroom: King bed, window shutters, ceiling fan, reverse-cycle air conditioning, ensuite with shower, hand basin, and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed, reverse-cycle air conditioning.
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, reverse-cycle air conditioning.
4th Bedroom: Features 2 bunk beds (sleeping 4 people), and reverse-cycle air conditioning. It features a smart TV, a separate entry from the main living area with a lockable door opening to the undercover patio. Great for teenagers and young adults to hang out
A fifth bedroom is being constructed as the pool house and will be available soon.
Bathroom
The main bathroom features a bath, a separate shower, and a hand basin. There is also a separate toilet and hand basin. A convenient laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also available for your use.
Please be aware that the Mornington Shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay, and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.
