Nestled among the beautiful spreading oak trees along Myrtle Beach coast lies a resort few are aware of, Summertree Village. These units are just a short walk to the beach, approximately two hundred yards, and boast some of the most beautiful beaches South Carolina has to offer! Relax in unit C9 this spacious, nicely equipped two-bedroom unit offers a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 full beds and includes a washer and dryer. This unit is located on the third floor there is no elevator access. Escape from the crowds and take advantage of the heated indoor, and outdoor pools and jacuzzi.
Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as community pools and hot tubs. The Neighborhood: Less than a 5-minute drive to "restaurant row" of Myrtle Beach where you will find dozens of restaurants, and all types of shopping including Tanger Outlets and live music venues. Guest Interaction: Before arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with a 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking, we will send you a message to confirm your reservation.
Other Things to Note: -Must be 21 years of age to rent. -NO PETS ALLOWED. -NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. -No Motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. -We provide the initial setup of towels, linens, and amenities for your stay. A full set of pots, pans,and dishes are provided for the room's capacity. We recommend bringing pool/beach towels and any specialty cooking tools you may need. -Unit is individually owned and managed by Beach Vacation Condos; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.
