About this property

The house is situated in the heart of Ayampe beach town. It is conveniently located in front of the basketball and soccer fields, behind the school and close to everything you might need like grocery stores, restaurants at just one block from the beach.
The house has two bedrooms, the master bedroom is spacious and features a king size bed, a walking closet, a large desk, and a big balcony with view of Ayampe. The second bedroom has two small beds, a closet, and a desk located just next to the bathroom.
The kitchen si fully furnished, allowing you to prepare meals comfortably during your stay. It should have all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking.
The living Room is cosy and provides a comfortable place to relax. The deck attached to it offers and outdoor space to enjoy the surroundings.
Our garden includes a trampoline and a slack line. This outdoor space can be used for recreation and entertainment. .

Unanticipated benefit

Ayampe is a small surf town with dirt roads and a French bakery, excellent restaurants and friendly people. The surfing beach has warm water and a nearby wetland often features interesting birds. The house comes with a housekeeper. The stairs need a railing though, and dedicated kitchen towels would be great! Loved it here!

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious comfortable home. The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach, with good restaurants just across the street. At the time of our stay, there were no towels for our use. There was not enough toilet paper, nor enough bottled water. We contacted the landlord who was in Quito and not able to respond to our requests quickly. We suggest that prospective renters confirm in advance that all necessary items will be available.
