Beachfront, Private Pool, Through Lot! - Beach Happy

Beach Happy is new construction and available starting in 2023. It is a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom with 22 x 12 ft private pool located directly on the beach with both gulf and bay views. The spacious home will have 2 refrigerators, a coffee, and wine bar, complete with an ice maker, a large island, a dishwasher, and a separate pantry and laundry room. The home has 3 ensuite gulf side king bedrooms and 1 ensuite king size bay view bedroom and 1 bunkroom with a hallway tub/shower with access from the living room. There is a work space with desk in the bunk room. The master bedroom has a large walk-in tile shower and a double vanity. Also includes a large family room with a massive view of the gulf and white sandy beaches and 6 TVs. It has a huge upper deck (approximately 1800 sq ft!) with a 22 x 12 ft temperature-controlled pool overlooking the gulf.

This property is on a highly desirable through lot. This part of the island only has one row of houses on the gulf side, giving you more privacy and a more personal beach experience. These are rare and rent fast!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.

The PERFECT House on Dauphin Island

This was the PERFECT house for us. It's one of only a small percentage of houses on Dauphin Island that is directly on the Gulf of Mexico beach with no houses between it and the water. Standing on the back deck of this house, you're 80 feet from the water with a clear and uninterrupted view of the Gulf - it's wonderful! The house has plenty of space with a large living / dining / kitchen area (with two refrigerators and a separate ice machine), 5 bedrooms and a bathroom with each, comfortable beds, a huge, covered back deck area (including lots of chairs and tables) with a pool. The pool gets full sun during most of the day and is shaded in late afternoon summer heat which was nice. Sitting on the back deck, the site and sound of the crashing waves was spectacular. We also appreciated the generous supply of beach towels, bathroom towels, trash bags, etc. that often doesn't happen at other houses. Also, there were no roaches in the house which was nice (that can be a problem in some beach houses). The PERFECT house!

Even Better Than Expected

We couldn't be happier with our stay. I had trouble justifying the cost, but when we arrived I knew that it was worth every penny. The location, beach size, accessibility and views were all the best that we saw the whole time on Dauphin Island. I was pleasantly surprised with all the baby items available, including high chairs and booster seats. The pool had a safety net around it. And there were even toys and books for the kids. The laundry is conveniently located off the kitchen, and it was so helpful. There were an abundance of beach towels and toys for use. We hope to come back again!
