The Neighborhood:
Newport Beach is located to the north of Bungan and south of Bilgola Beach, approximately 40 minutes from Sydney's CBD and is easily accessible by bus or car. The 1.3 kilometres long beach with reddish golden sands faces east and extends from the rocks at Newport Head. Newport not only has a beautiful beach but a growing collection of great places to eat, including restaurants, pubs, diners and cafes.

Getting Around:
Public transport
The closest bus stop is located on Barrenjoey Rd (6 min walk) which has services to and from the CBD. Check out the TripGo app for transport timetables.

Ride sharing
Ride sharing apps are a convenient and fast way to get around, especially late at night when public transport services are less frequent. Prices are about two-thirds of a taxi, but may surge during bad weather or public events. For first time users, download the Uber app for more information.

Getting there
The property is approximately a 50-minute drive from Sydney Aiport.

Other Things to Note:
- No access to the backyard.
- The front yard does not have a fence. There are several off-leash dog exercise areas in the area.
- The downstairs part of the home is permanently occupied; the ceiling cavity between the two living spaces has been soundproofed to minimise noise transfer and the occupants have their own separate entrance. Some impact noise may be heard.
- Garbage bins will be collected on Sunday night and returned to the drive way on Monday morning.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started
