Property was as described, very clean, great access to the lake, relaxing outdoor space, quiet neighborhood. Worked great for two teams in town for a multi day fishing tournament.
We came to town to fish a High School Bass Tournament. This house was perfect. Had great parking for a boat. This house is located very close to a boat ramp. My son road in the boat from the house. It was so convenient. Our host was great. We didn't have any problems, but she still checked to make sure everything was working properly. This has been a great experience. I would definitely stay here again if I get to cone back.
We rented this lake house for one week and had a great time! The view is beautiful and there’s a great patio to sit on and enjoy the lake. Very peaceful and quiet with your occasional visit from wildlife (geese, deer, chipmunks, and a fox). We took our bass boat and did some bass fishing but ended up mostly crappie fishing in the boat dock that’s there and caught a lot of great sized crappie! The owners were very friendly and helpful if we had any questions or help! Will definitely be looking for this house next year when we vacation again!

Incredible weekend retreat!
Where do I begin… We were looking for a place on the water and found this nice house which from the pictures and description sounded like the place for us. The boat dock was really what made the stay the best for our fisherman. They were able to pull in and park the boat under roof and didn’t have to worry about their boat and tackle. It made early mornings so much better, it was literally a walk down the hill! The house was perfect as there was 2 couples, the space was enough for us plus some. The outdoor space was absolutely amazing, we spent a lot of time outside entertaining, grilling and enjoying the view. Sunrises are great sitting on the deck!!! Us girls enjoying the dock for fishing and jumping in the water and relaxing. We really can’t say anything bad about our stay. Kim and Cody were super flexible with us and their hospitality was 5 star!! We would definite stay again if we made it back to Grand Lake!
