Cozy Condo at Sable Ridge Radium

Well furnished 1 bed 1 bath condo at the sought after sable ride condominiums.

Kitchen- fully furnished with all one would need to cook at home. Seating for 4 at the table as well as 2 seats to eat on the island if you choose.

Living room- 2 couches with enough seating for 4-5 people. Comes with a 50inch Roku tv so you can settle in for a movie night in-front of the fireplace after a day at the beach or ski hill. One of the couches is also a pull out which sleeps 2 people. All the extra bedding and pillows supplied for the pull out.

Bedroom- the master bedroom is equipped with a cozy queen bed, and 42 inch Roku tv.

Bathroom- access to the bathroom is available from the kitchen as well as the master bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower as well as a bath tub.

Laundry- the in-suite laundry can be found inside the bathroom closet.

Patio- just past the living room is your access point to patio which is equipped with a table and chairs as well as natural gas bbq. You can also gain access to the patio from the master bedroom

Lovely Condo, great pool & hot tubs!

Great communication and an adorable condo. Pool and hot tubs on the property were a definite highlight! Close walking distance to some trails, restaurants and shops along main street.Our only criticism is the beds weren’t the most comfortable. The main Queen bed frame is too weak to support the (good) mattress, so it sags in the middle and the hide-a-beds weren’t comfy, but fine for the kids!

Lovely place!

This is our 3th summer coming to this complex. We love it! Everything is great with this place. I would only mentioned a very intrusive and judgmental approach with one of the contact for this property. I Mentioned second guessing our trip as my son has major episodes of asthma. Justin - contact person- started questioning about my son’s activities / lifestyle in the city and how we handle the summer / smoke season around my child’s diagnosis which I do not appreciate at all. Bitter sweet experience. Otherwise no complain about the apartment. Perhaps time to change linens.
