This property is located in the Whisper Wood subdivision in South Lubbock. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining. Texas Tech is is just a five minute drive from the property, making this location perfect for graduation weekends and campus events!
Our property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room, with a large courtyard.
The living room has brand-new power reclining couches with accent chairs to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well.
Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. An oven, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig, and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home. A more formal dining room is just off the kitchen as well!
The first- and second-bedroom features a king and queen beds, with brand new linens to spice up the décor in this property. Two nightstands are on each side of the beds and a closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage.
The master has a king sized bed with new linens, fun décor, and a electric fireplace for guest use. Two nightstands and a smart TV are also available for more comfort during your stay.
Both full bathrooms are clean, fully updated, and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms.
The courtyard is located in the center of the house and offers plenty of natural light and greenery to enjoy your stay! A table and grill is outside as well.
This is NOT a pet friendly home. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends.
A free in-unit washer and dryer is also available for guest use.
The garage has a small workout area and a upper body machine, please do not let children use this or adults' who do not know how to operate.
Parking is available in the garage or front of the house and there is plenty of space for 2-3 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.
Everything in the house is available for guest use, with the exception of the locked cleaners closet next to the hallway.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.
PB&J Getaway is located in the Whisper Wood Neighborhood off 4th and slide. Located in south Lubbock this property is close to many stores and shops, as well as Texas Tech Campus.
Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options. Parking is available in the front of the house and the garage where there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as there is limited room due to the cul-de-sac area.

- Only adjust the mini split thermostats. Do not adjust the house thermostat. The mini splits regulate the temp for each room. The central unit must be kept low to prevent continuous running. Please do not adjust up or down.

- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
