The Space:

You will find everything you need for a successful get-togethers.

A cozy living room with gas fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a wine cellar and wine cooler perfect for enjoying a good wine! Each room has its own cozy décor and has a comfortable bed with blinds and curtains for better comfort. The master bedroom with its in-suite equipped with a bassinet and private bathroom. The other bedroom upstairs is just as pretty with its in-suite bathroom. On the garden level, 4 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a very large games room equipped with a large living room with a pool table, table football and poker. Other board games available. This amazing home is welcoming for children and adults alike.



Outside, you will enjoy the private and protected hot tub and an area for outdoor fires.

A BBQ with table & chairs on the see through balcony will allow you to enjoy life without losing any of the magnificent view!

The Neighborhood:

This magnificent cottage is located halfway between the charming villages of Sainte-Adèle, Val-David (approx. 10 min.) & 15 minutes from the Saint-Sauveur valley. You will find all kinds of activities, restaurants, shops and art galleries you will have a multitude of choices to choose from.



The cottage is located in a wooded area overlooking the lake across the street, it is protected as a wetland. Note that the lake is not recognized as swimmable because it is too muddy on the shores and too much algae grows in the deeper areas. On the other hand, it’s very pleasant to contemplate because it is known for its plant, and aquatic fauna. You can go for a swim at Jean-Guy Caron Beach at Lac Rond in Sainte-Adèle, just 12 minutes drive away!
