Very quiet 2 story cozy condo. Two bedrooms on upstairs. One bedroom with one king size bed, the other bedroom with one queen size bed, one twin size bed, and a floor mattress (beware will be extremely crowded if floor mattress is used), one full bathroom on second floor and one bathroom on first floor. There are a queen size sofa bed and a twin size sofa bed in the living room on first floor. 6 guests are very comfortable, but 8 guests are still ok but very congested.
7 mins to Canmore and 2 mins to Banff national park entrance.

Location is perfect for going to Banff or any of the ski hills, highly recommended for that. The property was clean with plenty of dishes and linens.The only problem I had was with the listing. It showed a king bed, and a queen bed with a separate twin bed. The separate twin bed wasn't there but was replaced with a couple of floor mattresses that had some stains. The pictures in the ad did not reflect this change.We worked around this issue but specifically chose this place because elf the sleeping arrangements.Other than that issue, this place was a nice stay
