Sleeping arrangements
The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed dressed in soft linens and calming details and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a hallway bathroom giving each guest space and privacy. Both rooms are set back from the street, with ceiling fans and sound machines to encourage restful nights.

Outdoor living
The veranda wraps around the apartment, offering views of the city skyline above the streets. Start your day with coffee at the outdoor dining table or linger in the evening as the lights of King Street shimmer in the distance. The covered seating area provides shade and comfort, blending the liveliness below with the calm above.

Kitchen & dining
A chef-style kitchen awaits, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a handcrafted wooden range hood. You’ll find all the cooking basics, dishes, and utensils needed to prepare meals, plus an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Gather at the indoor dining table or step outside for dinner on the veranda under the soft glow of the city.

Comfort & conveniences
Wi-Fi and an HDTV with Roku ( guests are expected to provide their own login credentials) keep you connected and entertained, while a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans ensure everyday comfort. Keypad self check-in makes arrival simple, and a private entrance with two driveway parking spaces adds ease. The home includes safety essentials and welcomes dogs with pre-approval and a pet fees apply.

Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
