Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

I had the worst experience with this property. Firstly, I got a message saying that I should choose to check in either at 2pm or 4pm. I choose at 2pm. When I arrived at the property, I waited for almost 30 minutes then I got a message from the owner that unfortunately they won't be able to host me because the roof was damaged. Really, they had to wait and tell me 30 minutes after my check in time? I was stranded with nowhere to go and ended up booking a rather super expensive hotel on the spot. Really poor service from the owner and would not recommend it to anyone. The lady at the check in desk was super friendly and helpful!
