One bedroom apartment on level 10 of Pandanas Darwin. Offers fantastic views over the pool & the city.

Other facilities: balcony, kitchenette, separate living area, bathroom, AC, fans, smart TV, work desk, safe, pool, gym & parking.

At the heart of the city, walking distance to everything you may do in the city (Restaurants, offices, clubs, shops, etc..).

Additional ottoman sofa bed (please confirm if you need when booking).

At the heart of the Darwin CBD.... Close to all amenities. Close to waterfront and esplanade and Darwin City Mall.
Walking distance to many things in the City.

I am available on the phone all the time and I live nearby so I can attend reasonably quickly should there be a need.

This apartment is at the heart of Darwin city. It is close to every thing. Walking distance to whatever the city offers. Close to waterfront also. Spacious and very comfortable.

Additional ottoman sofa bed (confirm upon booking).
No party. Keep noise to a minimum especially after 10pm.

Let us know if you are arriving after 10pm.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Baby cot can be provided at an additional cost.

Perfect location

Perfect location in the city. We were in town for a family event so people were spread across multiple locations. The central location of the apartment made it super easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Clean and tidy wth everything we needed provided. Ali was super responsive through the booking process and our stay - it made everything really easy for us to relax and enjoy our time.

Ali, our property manager was fantastic. He was very helpful, easy to contact and every detail of how to do or access anything was clearly explained. The apartment was great and the hotel facilities were also excellent. The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the in-house restaurant. We did a lot of our own cooking but went one night to try the restaurant. It was really disappointing.

The flat was infested with cockroaches throughout. I had to kill them in the bathroom, lounge room area, kitchen, and bedroom. Half way through my stay I requested a relocation to a different place. It needs to be better maintained before further clients stay there.
