Offering three comfortably furnished bedrooms, a cozy living area, well equipped kitchen and laundry and a huge fully fenced backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee made from the delonghi coffee machine whilst soaking in the morning sun. Coastal Gem appeals equally to couples, families, solo travellers and friends, looking to escape the everyday hustle bustle, enjoy life’s simple pleasures, and reconnect with nature. Coastal Gem create’s a sense of serenity and calmness upon arrival, beckoning you to slow down, breathe, and switch to a lower gear.

With the stunning Conjola Lake and Beach just minutes away and plenty of parking for the toys this stunning home is well set up for the ultimate getaway with family or friends. Conjola Lake offers great fishing and boating year-round, popular with water skiers and water enthusiasts with lakes and ocean frontage to choose from. A gentle walk along the streets of this town leads down to either the general store/s and cafes or lakes entrance and beach.
After a day enjoying the outdoors, sun and sand relax in the spacious outdoor dining area with a cocktail, or take a three minute drive down to the Lake Conjola Bowling Club for dinner and drinks and leave the cooking to someone else!

This home is fit for summer and winter living. A rainy day interrupting your holiday? With a selection of DVD’s, board games, card games, xbox 360 and much more entertainment/activities this home wont let a rainy interrupt your holiday.

This great home comprises of 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an additional toilet in the laundry, lounge with air conditioning and open plan living and dining that flows out onto the alfresco dining/ BBQ area.

Coastal Gem provides a luxurious coastal experience with all linen and laundry facilities supplied to ensure you are provided with the essentials you need for a stress free holiday. Please note this does NOT include Beach towels!

Lake Conjola is a quiet village located only a short 15 minute drive to the heart of Milton and offers an abundance of outdoor activities. If you enjoy surfing, fishing, water skiing, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding or even a social round of barefoot bowls then Conjola is for you!

Never fear if you don’t own a boat, the Lake Conjola Post office has you covered. Hire a boat for a couple of hours or half a day and explore the lake and its estuaries or just enjoy a spot of fishing. Fishing tackle, bait and supplies are available at Lake Conjola Post Office Store. A boat licence or experience are not required for the runabouts. You can also hire canoes or kayaks and explore the waterways.

A mere 15 minute drive to the heart of Ulladulla where you can enjoy some fish and chips whilst watching the seagulls play or take a walk up town and spend a good hour or two at Funland, the perfect place to spoil the kids big or small. For a relaxing day head on into the Arcadia Twin Cinemas and enjoy some popcorn and a movie. Finish the day off walking the shops of this stunning seaside town for a quiet drive back to this well loved family holiday home.

For the adventurous wanderers, there are beautiful National Parks that are only a short drive away including Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain
